A small fee, handled fairly.
₹49 is a one-time charge to open a conversation with an introduction. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
If the introduction is withdrawn before you send your first message, if the other member's verification is later revoked, or if a payment is charged twice, the amount is returned in full.
Once a conversation has begun, the fee is not returned — including when the other person does not reply, when either of you ends the conversation, or when the exclusivity window lapses.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
If something felt wrong, write to us within 14 days of the charge with the date and amount. A person reads every request and replies within two working days.
